Saugatuck and its surrounding waterfront area is rated as one of America’s Top Vacation Places.  Money Magazine calls Saugatuck “the Cape Cod of the Midwest and a wonderful place to invest in”.  Oval Beach is one of the prettiest beaches in America.    Known for art, music, shopping, dining, golf and nature, the quaint downtown and lakefront area is very special. 

The bike path to downtown Saugatuck goes right by the entry to Kingfisher Cove.  Dairy Daze Ice Cream Shoppe is a short walk.  Pump House Gym and Clearbrook Golf Course are a minute away.  This is a great location, just 1.3 miles from Downtown.

Exit I-196/US 31 at the Saugatuck/Douglas exit (41). Go 1/4 mile on Blue Star Hwy towards Saugatuck.  Kingfisher Cove is on your right.  (Entry is across from Spectator’s Pub).
